It gives no medical, legal or tax advice. When it does not know, it says reception or the office will confirm.
Packages
Prices are one-time setup plus a monthly fee, both excluding GST. Each package is set up around your own list of questions and answers.

WhatsApp: the number needs approval from Meta, and we do not control how long that takes. It can add days. Meta's own messaging fees, if any, are billed to you at cost, with no mark-up.
Paid 30-day pilot
We are starting with our first paid pilots, so we keep the risk small for you. You pay the setup fee, half upfront and half when it goes live. The first month of running is included. We build the assistant around your questions and run it for 30 days.
At the end you decide: continue at the monthly fee (it starts after the 30 days, with no new setup fee), or stop. If you stop, we hand over your question list and your collected requests, and nothing further is billed.

- Build. We prepare it from your facts and show it to you before it goes live.
- Run for 30 days. You see the requests it collects.
- Decide. Continue monthly, or exit.
